「ジャグジーやマストサウナ付きのシャワールームなど設備は良いものの、従業員のサービスが悪く、総合的に不満。ミニバーがないのでコーラを頼んだところ冷えてないコーラが届けられた。」

「Our stay was mostly good. Bed was comfy, room had decent heating. Overall nice vibe. Breakfast is limited to 6:30-8:30 am.
However, water in the bathroom was quite cold, maybe around 22°C for showering. Slightly run down shower. 」

「For a cheap style hotel located on the far outskirts of Hanoi it was surprisingly good. The rooms are large, air-conditioned and have two big double beds (hard matresses) and a small private bathroom (a bit run down but good hot water). Room even has a smart TV....but that's about it.
Located in a very quiet street but very limited food options, especially after dark. We used it as a stop over from Cat Ba to SaPa which was ideal. Much better than the over populated and way too busy Hanoi Old...
