「Rooms are clean but the kitchen and bathroom are in need of upgrades. There is no elevator in the building.If you have a lot of luggage it become an issue. There are High ceilings in the large aptm and pleasant art work on the walls but just outside the building is dirty and there is not a place to dispose your garbage. Newer bath towels and coffee cups are needed but the vibe in the place is good.You feel like you went to visit your sweet grandma!! The apartment keys issue with the agency is...

「The property is wonderful, right on the ocean with a great view. It is large, comfortable, very clean, on the 7th floor with a very reliable elevator. The kitchen had everything required, although I didn't cook. The main bed was very comfortable. The bed in the second room is a single with a pull out trundle below. Security is strong there; I was alone most of the time and felt very safe. Shower works great. There is small grocery story and bakery right in back and the tram stops there. ...
