"the parking lot was constantly full took over 15 mins to find a spot both nights we were staying. tv didn’t work upon arrival. the free breakfast was not good only had a couple of items i booked room for the breakfast so will choose different hotel next time for better breakfast. staff was super nice ! yogurt place down the road is a blight and causes tons of traffic and unsafe drivers. lots of teens and kids littered everywhere because of it. "

"Nice variety to pick from for breakfast. The staff here have always been great! Clean spacious rooms. I have been staying here for years the only downfall that will stop us from coming in the future are that they do not allow the scooter rental companies to deliver at this hotel. It was very difficult for my husband trying to walk with his cane to Disneyland to rent one there. Second thing was the new shuttle service company. They were not accommodating to handicapped people, rows are very narrow for a person with a cane and it’s half the size of the other bus service so not many people fit. They only come every 30 minutes and you’ll be stuck waiting longer if it’s during their lunch time. My daughter ended up having to take an Uber instead. So unfortunately we have to look for another hotel for future Disney trips. "

"Staff was rude to part of my party, one of the days we had no hot water so we had to shower in freezing cold. Homeless man was living under the stairs. Very unsatisfactory stay. "

"Oh where do I start. The room was damp the entire visit, making all our belongings damp. There are no USB ports despite the pictures. The shower had mold. The trash truck sat outside for 42 mins (that is after it woke me up, and I figured out what it was and started timing it). There was an odor. Did I mention the damp? The carpet was damp and my feet were not happy about it. Breakfast was awful and we wound up skipping every day even though I wanted a place with breakfast to reduce costs. That backfired. The location is freaking awesome, so wish it was better. Just a straight shot to Downtown Disney. And I thank the staff for finding a lost item for me. But nope will never stay again. "

"Staff was awesome and very kind, location is ideal for people looking to stay close but not too close to Disney. Only issue was pillows are small and stiff; and the bed itself was rather stiff in our room."
