In the event of a fire, the structure is dangerous. Of course, they did not tell me that information. 4. The reception is closed from 18:00. I cannot ask for anything at night. I would accept the information if they told me in advance, but they did not tell me at the time of reservation or check-in. Suggestion: It would be good to post a night contact number at the reception and entrance. 5. I don't think it was intentional, but he charged me for the room even though I had already paid through Hotels.com.
