The rooms are spacious and extremely comfortable, the staff goes way and beyond to be helpful, the breakfast buffet is so diversified and delicious, and location could not be better. "This is a very nice hotel! The amenities are very nice, including a laundry room that works very efficiently and a small market space that is available 24/7. Most importantly is very affordable and in a very safe neighborhood near restaurants and bars. Easy to get anywhere in an Uber!!"

"I stayed this hotel for one night, this hotel gives me very good impression, the front desk staffs Rafael and Ruan and the other two who can speak English are extremely nice and friendly, some of the front desk can speak very good English and they would like to help at all time. Also the luggage guys are very nice too. They just doing their best to carry the luggages in and out, a boy sent me to the taxi all the way out. Very good people. Also, the breakfast are amazing nice, hotel is very clean too. I will come back to this hotel definitely!"

"Hotel has much to improve to be considered. Room ac did not work, room door did not lock, its not a central ac unit so its not nice, lack security and hotel presentation is not plesing. If you look for easy overnight stay without confort it is your hotel, but again, there is much to be improved."

"CHARLIE is an OK service, they don't answer phone calls. I had two emergencies and they took days to fix AC and move apartments. They need a better service."
