Bom para estadia de curto prazo!

Quarto e banheiro com tamanho bom para estadia de curto prazo. Tudo limpinho. Só nos decepcionamos com a piscina que estava muito suja e verde, se quiséssemos usar seria impossível… então nessa parte não condizia com o anúncio. O flat possui café da manhã por um preço a parte de 15,00 por pessoa, porém vem poucas coisas (vem 1 ovo, gostaria de ter feito um omelete, porém o ovo já vem cozido.. como o quarto tem fogão, ficaria como sugestão mandar o ovo cru e o hóspede prepara conforme seu agrado) Do mais tudo certo!

O Hotel é simples, quase espartano. Os pontos negativos foram: - Ao chegar para fazer o check-in tive que mostrar o recibo de que a diária já estava paga (paguei ao fazer a reserva no Hotels.com). O atendente disse que não estava paga. Isso já gerou um certo stress na chegada. - O banheiro não tem box no chuveiro. Com isso, ao tomar banho vc molha todo o banheiro. Existe um rodo para o hóspede empurrar a água para o ralo. - a TV é de tubo de imagem...quase pré-histórica e a imagem congela periodicamente.

Insatisfação

Após a reserva me encaminhei para o hotel e chegando lá não existia uma pessoa para me receber. O portão da rua encontrava-se fechado e após 20 minutos tocando a campanha em vão, fui embora. Na porta uma placa dizendo que o atendimento após as 22:00 só com reserva. Por que não o site não explica que aquele hora da noite ninguém estaria ali para receber o cliente? Pagamento feito e agora que o estorno do mesmo!

Hotel super simples, café da manhã mega simples, razoavelmente limpo e bom atendimento. Para o que oferece não é tão barato assim. Só vale a pena se o objetivo é estar muito perto da região. Eu tenho usado o hotel para ficar perto do Espaço Figueiras, que fica dali a 10 min caminhando.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is not good unless you need to visity Sao Paulo University (the entrance of the university is 10min walk only buy you'll need to walk 10 more minutes minimum to reach a building)
