"The owner helped us to offer a dinner while we arrived the hotel late. The hotel owner was incredibly kind and recommended ways to walk in the forest etc. The private sauna and beach were also great. Overall, we had wonderful time with a baby and a toddler!"

We have stayed in this hotel 3 times and have been totally happy with everything.
It has the best location in the very center of Helsinki, easy walking distance from the railroad station (which has an easy connection to the airport), stores, restaurants and sights.
The international staff is extremely courteous, friendly and helpful. The restaurant offers very good food and is open late. The lobby offers comfortable seating areas and a friendly bar. The rooftop bar has a great view over the city...

This was a truly wonderful hotel only 10 mins. away from Helsinki but you felt like you were staying in the country by a beautiful lake. We were very pleased with the breakfast and the restaurant also.The art was beautiful. We enjoyed everything. The pool and sauna were very nice also. We highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Lilla Roberts! The property is very clean, the staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and our room was spacious and well equipped.

Great location. The rooms and amenities were clean and very cozy. Excellent breakfast buffet in terms of selection and quality of food - One of the best I have ever had. It's nice to have dinner buffet included in the reservation as well.
Staff was really helpful.
Only criticism I have is that my room was not completely sound proof but this was a minor issue.
I will most likely stay here again next time I'm in Helsinki.

Nice hotel, location decent, brand new. I would say that no cleaning service could be a problem for some, but I enjoy the privacy. Check-in very easy with kiosks and code is emailed to you.
