「Residence zelzar is perfect if you want to experience amalfi coast with less tourists. The town is very cute with lots of ceramic shops and excellent food. The room was well equipped and clean and the management communication was excellent. We had a wonderful time here. Very high up on the hill but easy to drive down with a car or catch the bus. Don’t underestimate the cafe bar royal where we had a free coffee and croissant every morning! Excellent pastries and very friendly. 」

「We were greeted with Rosa she was the best helped us with anything we needed! : whether it be dining options or even jus the bus routes or where to buy the tickets she was amazing and the property was awesome views vicinity to town was a short 10 min walk although wouldn’t recommend at night. Room was clean and spacious everything we needed was there. Hot tub was nice after long day looking out over the ocean and the picturesque views of the mountain side! Definitely would go back 」

「The accommodation is clean and fully equipped! From the balcony you have a beautiful view of the sea. There is a bus stop 2-minute walk away, where the bus takes you to the center or to the boat. It is the ideal place to discover the amalfi coast! The host is very nice and helpful! He gives great tips for the area and is ready to help you if you need help or have any questions! I definitely recommend this.」

「Sono giapponese🇯🇵 È una locanda molto carina. Non parlo inglese né italiano, ma la ragazza alla reception mi ha aiutato con Google Translate. Anche Luigi è stato molto gentile. C'erano anche spuntini leggeri e caffè, il che è stato utile. La pulizia è stata accurata e ho potuto trascorrere il mio tempo comodamente. Voglio venire di nuovo ☺️ Grazie 💓 Altamente raccomandato! ! !」

「立地はとても雰囲気のある場所で、ゆっくりとしたいならオススメです。残念ながらエレベーターがないので3階までスーツケースを持って上がるのは一苦労。女性だけでは厳しいかも？部屋はとても落ち着いた雰囲気で、広いオープンペースでのんびりとコーヒーが飲めるのも魅力的です。朝食付きだと思ったら二人で４.５ユーロ分が隣のカフェで食べられるだけで、実際に食べたら二人で７ユーロを払うことになりました。ポンペイ・スカビー駅から歩いて20分以上、荷物がなければ歩けない距離ではありませんが、荷物があればバスかタクシーを利用した方が良いです。」

「日本人です。これはアマルフィという地域の問題なので仕方ないですが、とにかく周りに何もないです。ホテル自体は、施設、部屋、サービスどれも価格以上の価値はあります。特にバルコニーからみる日の出は圧巻でした。朝食もついており、本当に価格が合ってるのか気になるぐらい、設備もサービスも完璧でした。ただ、本当に残念なのは、チェックイン時にスタッフから併設された下階にあるレストランをオススメされました。近くにスーパーはなく、飲食店も少ないのでそちらに行きました。そしたら、案の定、観光地価格の超高額な飲食店でした。味もロケーションも悪くないけど、明らかに値段と不相応で残念でした。ホテルを安くしている分、下のレストランで儲けているのかと邪推してしまいました。ホテルが完璧だった分、少し悲しい思いです。直接はホテルの評価と関係ありませんが、そんなこともありますのでお伝えさせていただきます。」

「Excellent Service! We were lost and could not find the hotel entrance and a staff person from the hotel helped us with our bags and called receptionist for us. "Our family had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and made us feel like part of the family. We were able to fully experience the local atmosphere, and the view from the terrace was absolutely breathtaking. While the hotel itself shows some signs of aging, its charm more than makes up for it. If you don’t have a car, I recommend checking the local shuttle bus schedule to make your stay more convenient. It made getting around easier for us, and we were able to enjoy our trip even more. Thanks to this hotel, we were able to create some of our best family memories. A big thank you to the owner and all the staff! We would love to visit again."
