「Could not recommend Hotel Residenz Schrannenhof enough! From literally the moment we walked in, we were treated like family and felt fully and wonderfully taken care of. They allowed us to check in early so we could nap after our long trip from the US, given recommendations on restaurants/bars and info on train tickets, and the breakfast was amazing every morning! The staff are incredible and our room was big and perfect. Plus, the hotel is literally right across the street from the train...

「Der Aufenthalt musste wegen der Überschwemmungskatastrophe in Niederösterreich auf 16.-26.10. verschoben werden. Die gebuchte Wohnung sollte über 2 Terrassen, Marmorbad mit Bidet und separates WC verfügen. Beschreibung und Fotos versprachen eine gemütlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Im Gegensatz dazu war die zugewiesene Wohnung minimalistisch ausgestattet, hatte ein kleines nicht beheizbares!! Duschbad mit WC, weder Terrasse noch Balkon. 5 Handtücher für 10 Tage, 2 Bettdecken, 2 Kopfkissen....

"Great hotel. Quite clean and functional facility. Close to the main station of Vienna with many casual restaurants and supermarkets. Special mention for its staff, not only at reception but even for room service staff; all were quite professional and friendly. Will be back for my next Vienna trip."
