This apartment has all bathroom and kitchen equipment for your comfort. There is a restaurant and grocery store right next to the apartment and the nearest metro station is just 300 m away. It is in a very good position to easily and quickly visit all the most popular places in Vienna.

You will enjoy spending time in this modern studio apartment where you will have all the things you need for an unforgettable holiday experience. Next to a comfortable double bed, the seating area with two single armchairs and a coffee table gives you a bright and spacious space. In this area, where different colors add vitality, you will also have a large and beautiful wardrobe. Refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, coffee maker, toaster, kettle are ready for you to cook any meal you want, whenever you want. The kitchen with its red cabinets has most of the appliances you would find in your own kitchen. And the bathroom will also be part of your comfort during your stay in the apartment.

The apartment is in a beautiful location in Margareten, a few minutes' walk from public transport such as buses and the metro. Margareten, the 5th District, is a diverse mix of hip, multicultural and working-class. The neighborhood around the castle-like 19th-century Margaretenhof apartment block is dotted with relaxed eateries and quirky shops. Busy Reinprechtsdorfer Strasse offers Turkish restaurants, Asian noodle bars and discount stores. The Gürtel ring road is lined with public housing from the 1920s socialist “Red Vienna” era. While staying in this apartment, you will have both the possibilities of city life and the beauty of an environment intertwined with nature.

Decent location and easy check in and out

We enjoyed our stay. The host was responsive and check in / check out was a breeze. The linens and pillows need to be upgraded. The shower is quite small and cabinetry was situated for shorter and smaller people. Very manageable, just not fitting for big and tall persons. The area is quiet and we could hear our neighbor coughing a lot. Bring ear plugs or other device if you have trouble sleeping. The location was pleasant. Easy walk to grocery stores and restaurants. Many restaurants in the neighborhood will only take cash, so get your currency exchanged before arriving. The area seemed very safe with locals out late in the evening walking their dogs and such.
