気になった点 : 清潔度、施設のコンディションと設備
There was a TV, but it had no connection (no channels available), no connection to internet (no apps available), and the FireTV that was connected to it was not working.
The Wifi password that we were given was incorrect, so we couldn’t connect to the network.
After contacting the host via official chat, they wouldn’t give us a solution, but instead they would reply many hours later, always asking us to contact them via Whatsapp. I insisted that I wanted to stick to the official communication channel, but I would get the same answer over and over again.
The plates were dirty, so we had to wash them ourselves before using them.
There were no kitchen rags and no kitchen towels, meaning we were unable to dry the dishes and/or hands. Also no cutting board, a basic for the kitchen.
The bed base (slatted frame or Lattenrost) was broken, so the bed was uneven, meaning you would sink in some spots.
We booked for 2 adults and 2 children, and there were enough beds, but only a tiny table and 2 chairs. Yes, 2 chairs for 4 people.
