When we arrived to check in the kiosk located outside the hotel building didn’t work. We arrived early but could not get personalized help because the receptionist’s shift didn’t start until 5 pm. We waited for 3 hours. Another customer arrived with the same issue of his code not working to do the automated check in process and he was also told to wait until 5 pm.

Relatively cheap place to stay comparative to the prices in Geneva. As stated, the property is in France, so the commute to Geneva does take a while, on average 40-50min by public transport. As for the hotel, its pretty spacious, average cleanliness. The carpet in the halls were old and musty, but inside the rooms, it was clean for the most part. Overall, decent hotel for the price, main downside is really just the distance Geneva.
