「Staff were excellent and very friendly especially reception. Very warm welcome, I liked the rooms, they have a modern feel and the bathroom clean and modern.
Surprisingly good breakfast with all you might like to eat for a modern British breakfast. 」

Dirty around property meaning on the main path outside property burst and rotten and smelly rubbish all along path guessing the council bin men have had strike action and council not quick enough to clean area up thoroughly.」

「Hotel was Ok , but a bit dated, door ito te room handle was falling off, bit scare couldn't get out if a fire and the attitude of the lady on reception last night was downright rude, i let myself i with my fob asked if you could get adrik in the restaurant would have been ok if she had just said no , but added do stay in this hotel as i haven't seen you before, atange as i had just come in a locked front door with a fob given to residents 」

Not good: on arrival the flat was stone cold and took 24 hours to warm up.
Kitchen equipment was old, basic and just about functional. Very limited small kitchen tools 」
