"From check in to check out,the service was terrible, arrived at the Hotel at 3 pm,there was no body at reception,after 25 minutes and a few phone calls the receptionist finally turned up,by then the queue for check in had doubled.When we finally checked in,turns out some of the bedding had been left in the passage way on the way to my room.The mattress on the bed was sunken in,had a very uncomfortable nights sleep.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."

Would 100% stay again but ask for room with better view. I live in Leicester and stayed in most of the hotels. This is definitely one of the better ones. Please don’t stay at the Hilton. It’s disgusting "
"Room was inexplicably hot, with no fans or AC etc - I had to keep window and door open all night adding to background noise from busy road.
Pillows also very thin.
Communications before we’re very frustrating- with multiple emails stating I couldn’t stay if I wasn’t a student. This included one (automated) after I’d had to email to confirm I could.
