「Location, room, amenities, views, and food were great! If you are looking for great customer service, this is not the place. We had dinner, drinks, and breakfast there. Dinner Service and drinks was better than breakfast. Breakfast was slow and just ok. We felt like a bother. The wait Staff sat around and talked. 「It’s a nice hotel with a big room and overall clean. The pool was nice although the hot tub wasn’t clean when I wanted to use it. My room was pretty dark and the bathroom and the sheets could have used an upgrade. Also there were so many mosquitoes, maybe they can consider putting in mosquito repellent or refilling it. Also the fridge was set too low and it froze all my food.」
