O quarto era grande, mas sem nenhhuma comodidade esperável de um hotel do nível (ex: pantufa, fruta, produtos de banho etc). O café da manhã é fraquíssimo. A cortesia do hotel é zero, com exceção do recepcionista do primeiro dia. Pedi para imprimir 2 folhas do visto e me negaram. Só que o pior estava por vir, algo inimaginável. Um senhor do hotel foi até o parque me cobrar, de forma rude e ríspida, por um serviço já pago. Nunca me senti tão humilhada e constrangida. Vou adotar todas as providências lehais. Não fico nesse hotel nunca mais, nem de graça.
