「First of all, we felt very uncomfortable with the whole set up of the hotel where concierge welcomes you with colonial style uniforms with decor that indicates the price of colonialism, and it certainly feels like it attracts people who celebrates colonialism. For normal educated minds like ours, it was a hall of shame, to put it bluntly. On our first night, we had no water so we called the reception to arrange a repair.

「We stayed for 3 nights. We enjoyed Victoria Falls trecking, sunset cruise and 1 day for Chobe day trip. It is very good location for those activities. Hotel is very pretty and services are perfect. Very good for family to stay.」

「Lovely hotel, calm setting on the river and convenient transfers to town and airport」

「Very friendly and comfortable service!」

「It was clean and staffs were kind.」

「The apartment was beautiful, well decorates and comfortable. Included breakfasts were delicious. Super impressed with the bag breakfast we took with us on one of our safari days. Only downside is it is a little bit from the center of town. However that made the respite that much more peaceful.」

「Melissa and George were so amazing! They made our stay extra special! Thank you so much for everything! What a breath taking property with top class service!」
