「This place was great. The manager helped us out on all aspects she is a 5 star host. She really went out of her way to help out. Apartment is super clean, had a chance to workout in the gym and run down and get an expresso in the morning. I highly recommend this place to anyone, it was great. 」

「Good place to stay if your'e on a budget and want to be quite central in Lugano. You have a small balcony with the view of concrete walls. Sleeping in the sofa/bed works but of course not the best. If you are on the heavier side, you will feel the steel pipes on your back. Internet via Wifi did not work at all, sent a mail to the owner the same day I arrived, three days later still not working, however 5G worked really good, I had over 300 Mbit over 5G. It has a TV, it's like 15". No use. It...

「Es war alles perfekt. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche. Die Lage direkt am Wasser war nicht zu übertreffen. 2 Balkone mit direktem Blick auf den Sonnenaufgang. Wahnsinn. Selbst beim duschen mit Blick auf den Lago. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder und können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen.」

「Need to check all aspects of the package are met Wifi not working after a trip to the office sorted by a dongle No tv working, not worried as we were ou and about but a family in wet weather would. The tv satellite box was in a box with no attempt to get it wired up」

「Unterkunft war muffig und ungelüftet, Küche ohne brauchbaren Zubehör, vorhandener Zubehör und Utensilien alt und schmuddelig. Ofen vorhanden aber nicht angeschlossen. Außenbereichvunzumutbar. Sind sofort wieder abgereist. Warten auf Erstattung über Expedia. Vemittler vom Haus uneinsichtig.」

「The apartment itself is fine and the view is great. Unfortunately it is located on a busy road with no sidewalk that opens directly on to the road. Do not stay here with small children. It is not safe. The building is also very old with no elevator. The washing machine was not functional and we had 2 power failures during a 2 night stay.」

「Appartment ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und die Küche vollständig. Sinnvoll ist eine Belegung bis 4, weil Schlafsofa unbequem und faktisch das ganze Hauptzimmer einnehmend. Tiefgarage und Zufahrt zu Germasino sehr eng, aber auch mit Audi A6 machbar. Mit Übung ist braucht man mit dem Auto weniger als 10min bis nach Dongo / Gravedonna ans Seeufer bzw. zu einem Supermarkt. Pool ist sehr schön. Terrasse großzügig mit einem schönen Blick auf den See.」

「The place is really on the lake and surpisingly quiet. The bed is very comfy and the apartment is full of light thanks to all the roof windows. it is aideally located for all sorts of walks along the lake, and hikes in the mountains (be warned, the slopes are very steep!). The few things that can be mentioned are the fact that tall people (over 1,70 meter high) need to be careful all around the place because of the low ceiling and the apparent beams. Also, the plugs are scarce in the kitchen so...

「Super Aussicht, relativ klein. Die Matratze des Doppelbettes war total durchgelegen soll aber nächsten Monat ausgetauscht werden. Fliegengitter an den Fenstern wären schön es folgen ziemlich viele Mücken herum.」
