「My experience with this property was extremely disappointing. In the host’s initial check-in guidelines, it explicitly stated that check-in was not available until 3 p.m., but separately listed the key pickup hours as 7 a.m.–9 p.m. I arrived in Paris early expecting to pick up my keys based on those instructions. When I arrived, I entered the provided code multiple times, but it did not work. There was also no luggage storage available, leaving me with a large suitcase and nowhere to leave it....

「I booked my room and upon arrival in Paris, I reached out to the host to check in, and they claimed my booking never existed. Which left me having to scramble for another place on the spot even though I had booked this room months in advance (with a confirmation email.) They did not help me find somewhere else to stay. It was faster to do it on my own than with their help.」
