The room was adequate, close to all the center. Got responses quickly from staff via whatsapp :). Bathroom was clean. I felt safe in the area. A small fridge would of been nice in the room.

Location location location

Easy access with in walking distance to the Arena. Shared bathroom, but there were 2 so no problem. Towels, shampoo, sosp and welcome gift of sweets. If you just want to sleep it is well worth it.

I knew there was a shared bathroom concept when I booked but I would expect a high level of cleanliness of that only bathroom, a bath mat for each room and hot water if I have to leave the property before 5.00am to catch a train!!!!!!

The front access on sidewalk was partially block when I was there. Renovation street project ongoing. The steps up to elevator makes accessibility less easy. Share bathroom is well kept.

The day I arrived at Verona was disastrous; eventually reached the facility gate after 10pm, much later than the 2pm anticipated. The manager was able to settle me in by remote instructions. He creatively went around the "lack of communication channels" by being flexible in using his cyber resources. Very grateful for him being so accommodating. My three days at the Cittadella was peacefully pleasant and had two wonderful evenings at the Arena.

Die Unterkunft liegt in einer Nebenstraße am Rande der wunderschönen Altstadt von Verona, 5 Minuten fussläufig zur Arena. Wer keine überzogenen Erwartungen hat, wird mit der Unterkunft, die im Stil von selfservice organisiert ist, absolut zufrieden sein und so können wir sie gern weiterempfehlen.

God placering, god service

Et lille, hyggeligt B&B tæt på Verona centrum og arenaen. Vi kom ind flere timer før tjek ind og fik et stort og lækkert værelse. Bad og toilet er på gangen, men det er rent og lækkert. God placering, lækre værelser og høj service.

Estafa en hoteles.com por mala gestión

Hoteles.com hizo que reservase 2 habitaciones en la misma ciudad por su mala gestión de los clientes. Además este alojamiento no colaboró en resolver el problema. Finalmente pagué 2 habitaciones en la misma noche. Fue la estancia más cara de todo nuestro viaje sin ser nada satisfactoria y con todos los daños que eso causa cuando se supone que estás de vacaciones para relajarte, y no para intentar solucionar los errores de gestión de esta plataforma. Ojalá al menos el hotel hubiera colaborado para solucionar la situación

To jenter på tur, 1 natt i verona, måtte få leilighet en annen plass, men med lik avstand fra sentrum. Eneste ulempe er at du da må avtale tid for innsjekk og utskjekk pluss komme deg frem og tilbake for å levere nøkkelen. Ellers fikk vi en stor leilighet med ca 10 min gange fra arenaen.

Tutto ottimo. Personale gentile e disposto a farci lasciare i bagagli anche prima del check in. Stessa cosa per il check out: abbiamo lasciato i bagagli in struttura fino a sera inoltrata. Unica precisazione che avevo faticato a capire dalla descrizione: ci sono 2 bagni in comune con altre 2 stanze oltre la vostra (nel nostro caso le altre due camere non erano occupate e avendo soggiornato una sola notte la cosa non ci ha creato disagio). Assolutamente consigliato per una tappa breve a Verona, sopratutto per la posizione, in meno di 5 minuti si è in piazza Bra.

Struttura accogliente e pulitissima. Dotata di 2 bagni in comune con tutti i confort: asciugacapelli, asciugamani, sapone. A pochi passi dal centro, silenziosa. Caffè, thè, acqua e forno microonde sempre a dispozione. La consiglio!

Gli aspetti positivi della locazione sono la posizione comoda e ben servita, la camera ampia e la gentilezza della signora che ci ha accolto. The location was excellent, room was spacious, clean and airy. Air-con was a great bonus in August summer. Good wifi, security and a nice coffee machine and water dispenser. No breakfast included as suggested in the room information. Biggest gripe was the checkin process. We arrived late when check-in was to be before 8pm. There is no onsite reception and had to ring a local number to get the code for the front door and instructions to get into our room from a very impatient manager. We eventually got into our room with the help of a wonderful taxi driver who made the call for us (twice) and waited around till we were in the room. I found the manager impatient and arrogant but later proved helpful and responsive. Not a nice experience after a flight and at the end of a long day. Be sure to read the fine print and check-in instructions.
