The apartment is just a short walk from Piazzale Roma and is also very convenient for the train station.
It is located on the first floor of a very quiet building and consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a double sofa bed and a dining table, a kitchen, and a bathroom.

The kitchen is well-equipped, with a refrigerator and microwave, and the dining table comfortably seats four people.
The bathroom has a bathtub, but if you prefer, it can also be used as a shower.

The apartment includes a TV and free Wi-Fi.
-VERY IMPORTANT: The tourist tax is NOT included in the price and must be paid at check-in. In Venice, the rate is €4 per person per night. Children 10 years old and under are exempt from this fee.

The apartment is located on a very quiet street, yet in a truly convenient location for exploring Venice. There are several restaurants in the area, a large supermarket just 5 minutes away, and even one of Venice’s best bacari.

The apartment is just 3 minutes from Piazzale Roma, the bus station and the nearest vaporetto stop. From there, you can take the vaporetti to get around all of Venice.
