Al Pettirosso: renovated with private parking, very close to Venice

Al Pettirosso is a cozy and modern apartment, completely renovated in the summer of 2025 — the ideal base for families or groups of friends eager to explore Venice and the surrounding area, thanks to its strategic location.

The apartment is located on the ground floor and overlooks a lush green park.
It has a private entrance in a small building and features a private outdoor area with free fenced parking and a patio equipped with a table and chairs — perfect for relaxing moments in the open air.

The apartment includes two spacious double bedrooms, one with warm walnut tones and the other in light ash wood. Each room is furnished with a double bed, a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers, two bedside tables, and a mirror.

The bathroom is bright thanks to its light finishes and a window that lets in natural light. It features a large shower, toilet, bidet, vanity unit with sink, and plenty of space to store toiletries and beauty cases.

The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, dishes, and all necessary cookware to prepare meals at home. It also includes a corner with a Smart TV, allowing guests to connect to their own streaming accounts such as Netflix, Disney+, or Amazon Prime.

Upon arrival, guests will find the apartment clean and sanitized, complete with bed linens, three towels per person (large, medium, small), shower gel, soaps, slippers, and a welcome kit.
At departure, guests are not required to clean the apartment, as it will be taken care of by our staff.

Families with children are offered free use of baby accessories (available upon prior request and depending on the child’s age): cot, high chair, booster seat, step stool, sterilizer, bottle/food warmer, changing table, plastic dishes and cups, potty/toilet reducer.

At the time of booking, our guests receive a link to complete the online check-in and pay the city tax (3 € per person per day; children under 10 years old are exempt from the tax).

Al Pettirosso is surrounded by greenery in the Bissuola district, one of Mestre’s most peaceful, green, and well-connected residential areas. Parco Bissuola is just a few minutes’ walk away — a lovely green space featuring children’s playgrounds, an outdoor swimming pool, and tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts.

Nearby, guests will find all main services: supermarkets, pharmacies, tobacco shops, hairdressers, self-service laundromats, and electric car charging stations — everything you need for a comfortable stay!

The “Esiodo” bus stop, with direct connections to Venice and Venezia-Mestre train station, is just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment.
