Lovely apartment, quite large for 2 people, it had all the modern appliances. We loved the location very close to the water taxi, shopping, restaurants, yet very quiet. We highly recommend

The apartment was amazing and in a cute residential area. It was a 2 bedroom 2 bath renovated apartment that super clean and they even had laundry facilities. Francesca was super helpful with getting us there from the water taxi with perfect directions. Would definitely stay there again.

We stayed here recently and overall, it was just okay. The location was definitely a plus it’s in a good area with stores and shops nearby, which we really liked.However the Wi-Fi was extremely poor — it barely worked the entire time, which was frustrating.( Specially with teen kids)The bathroom had no place to put my toothbrush or hang a towel, which made things inconvenient. The floor in the room was uneven and gave the odd sensation of being on a ship. On top of that, the AC was super loud, which made it hard to relax or sleep well. It wasn’t the worst stay, but definitely not somewhere I’d return to.

You will receive all instructions for your stay the day before and on the day. Instructions were clear. It is a beautiful place. We truly loved the apartment. It made the stay in Venice wonderful. The views from the apartment are beautiful as well.

The apartment was perfectly located; close to everything. Great size for our group, quite spacious. The only downside was no coffee machine was provided in kitchen. Would have appreciated a coffee machine, even a Bialetti for stove top would have been great. Otherwise a great place to stay! would recommend

The apartment was great! Nice amenities and super close to Rialto bridge! The only complaint is that the ac kept temps manageable but didnt really get cold when it was really warm out. It was nice enough to leave the windows open to cool stuff off instead of using the ac but there were so many mosquitoes that we couldnt keep windows open because there werent any screens. Other than that, the apartment was great! Very spacious, nice finishes, stocked with all the dishware we needed. We lovevthe location! Very close to a waterbus stop. Lots of nice eateries!

This is an interesting place to read. Overall, we liked it and the frescoed ceilings were impressive. The rooms are large. The beds excellent and the pillows comfortable. The location is secure and safe and not bad unless you demand to be in St., Mark’s Square, which is 15 minutes away. However, they certainly could be more user-friendly. Lacking and desirable would be toilet paper holders, paper towels,dish soap, a coffee maker, a larger TV than the 20 inch TV up there, sharp, sharp, knives, and simple utensils like a spatula to make eggs. My brother-in-law used a credit card on a fork to make the omelettes. I can upload the video if you would like.

They did a wonderful job with the pictures when advertising. The Appartment was not as bright and updated as it showed in pictures and the window view was roof tops. Lack of mirrors which became a problem since we were a group of five and one bathroom mirror and a second one was in the closet that we found the second day on our own. Contacted the Appartment manager but they never responded to any of our inquiries, neither did they ever check to make sure our arrival was ok. Luckily the codes to enter the building all worked. AC did not work but we had to deal with it on our own. Square footage was good especially for Venice and location was perfect.

Apt was nice but maintenance issues

Very convenient location. Apt was nice, has a kitchen to cook but we did not cook. 2 bedroom 2 bath is nice and hard to come by. You will feel like your in an escape room trying to find the place then the multiple door codes for various doors 😉 There were several areas of concern. That we found where maintenance is not being taken care of. We booked this specifically for the laundry. That we thought was within the apt. Instead it was a laundry area. It had 2 washers and 2 dryers. Only 1 washer and dryer worked and the dryer that was working takes forever. We contacted property via email they requested a video. I made video and sent it and theyvnever responded back. This basically ruined an enitre day for us. We were trying to make sure we didnt prevent someone else from needing to get to washer or dryer but also that our clothes didn't disappear. This we extremely frustrating to say the least. It was an all day exp to wash some clothes Shower by the bathrooms which was larger bathroom the upper shower head mount was lose. Big issue in bedroom straight ahead of hall. The ac is not properly vented and allows the extremely hot air to blow into room. We sweat the first night not knowing what the issue was. The second night i figured it out. We used one of our towels to help keep heat from blowing in the room. They should really have someone go in and address the various issues.

This place was incredibly poor. The air conditioning in one room was so weak that the room temperature was around 30c. We had to move mattresses from one room to the main one due to the heat. There is mold on every wall. The place is old, but this did not factor into the score. The WiFi was incredibly slow compared to other places we stayed at in Italy. Overall terrible experience all around.

Great location, near the Rialto bridge and San Marco. Also near the Coop location for affordable groceries and water. Place had a kitchen and Living room which made it so comfortable for a family of 5.

My family absolutely loved this property. The owners make it very easy to find and they were in constant communication with me before my trip. It is very close to the water taxi stop and only an 8 minute walk to the Grand Canal. The location was perfect. We were very please with our stay and highly recommend this property.
