Small and very well run property. Technology forward, without making the tech a hurdle or a replacement to friendly staff. Very friendly front desk. Excellent breakfast option. And very nice rooms. Will definitely stay again.

Beautiful and clean, with high tech integration everywhere. Extremely comfortable bed and pillows. Very quiet. Everything was clean and well maintained. Right downtown Mogliano-Veneto. 20 minute train (3.10 € as of sept 2026) to Venice. Reserve on site parking as streets are busy.

This was a stunning hotel in a wonderful friendly location, close enough to Mogliano Veneto railway station so we could be in Venice in about 20 minutes and 15 minutes to Treviso. Mogliano was a really welcoming town where we ate every evening. Felt very safe with all the features the room was beautifully decorated and the breakfast was lovely. No stress, no hassle just a perfect romantic break! Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Loved it! The staff were very helpful and kind. The room spacious, modern and clean. Lovely breakfast spread. It was a pleasure to have some peace and calm after a day of hustle through the crowds in Venice. Will come again! See you soon and thank you!

Breakfast was great, property easy to find, beds comfortable. Only issue was noise. We were on 1st floor and were able to hear everything down in the lobby. We flew out early in the morning and were trying to rest and the laughter and door slamming woke us several times. Stuffed a beach towel under the door and it helped some. Was quiet by midnight, so if you are not an early riser, no problem. I would stay again, just maybe on a higher floor so its quieter.

This newly renovated property has the latest in tech—everything is automated from your phone. It has a gated place to park your car and is very convenient to the Venice airport. There are some nice restaurants and coffee shops in town within 5 minutes walk but it’s quiet and there’s no traffic to fight. We had a great stay the night before our flight out.

Amazing boutique hotel in Veneto

A gem of a place in the Veneto! Very modern, clean and very quaint. Just steps from down town. Staff was amazing. Wouldn't hesitate to come back here for another stay. Was more than pleasantly surprised.
