Three month minimum and must fill out an application with condo association. A rental application fee of $150 is applied. As a courtesy, I will not charge a cleaning fee to cover this fee. It is just protocol so they know who the owner is renting to. No smoking, No pets!
Unit is in Lakes of Capri Condominiums off of Capri Isles Boulevard! There is a nearby golf course, Publix is a mile away in both directions. Travel Venice Avenue three miles into Downtown Venice. Unit is 4 miles from Venice Beach (free parking!).
