Spacious condo with walking distance to the beach,gives you all you need to relax and enjoy sunset with your loved ones. Walking distance to restaurants or jetty is just cherry on the top! We accept 4 people the most or please just let us know who is coming that we can discuss.

Zuzanna was very helpful and responsive via text. The beach, pool, and deck are beautiful, clean, and never crowded. The sea shells are never ending. This unit is updated, clean, and roomy for our needs. The kitchen was well stocked. While there is a small washer/ dryer combo in the unit, we used the laundry mat located at Building B. We were delighted to discover a closet with lots of beach accessories that we did use. (chairs, sea shell rake, coolers, etc.) That said, I know that extras like this are not guaranteed. We enjoyed visiting Sarasota Jungle Garden, The Ringling Museum, Warm Mineral Springs (North Port), Oscar Scherer State Park (Osprey), Myakka River SP, and Manatee Park in Fort Meyers. We enjoyed walking to the Crows Nest Restaurant and Marina several times. We were disappointed to see that the South Jetty of Venice has not been repaired since the hurricane erroded it. You cannot drive down to, nor walk to, the south jetty at this time. Other local beaches are still closed to the public at this time: Casey Key, Casperson Beach, etc. (February 2026)We recommend staying at Shark Tooth Getaway.

My wife and I had an incredible 10 day stay at Shark tooth getaway. Our host made us feel very welcome, and the location and amenities were wonderful. We are excited to return next year!

We loved the condo and the property. The only problem were the 27 steps leading up to the condo. Maybe that could be mentioned when listing. The placement of the TV was rather inconvenient, which made it a little difficult to watch, and made the sound muffled. Zuzana was quickly responsive to all my questions. Overall, it was a great stay!

Winter Escape

Wonderful condo, modern coastal design.Fully stocked with everything you would need. I would stay here again. Host was very conscientious and pleasant. Highly recommend.

Location is great for what we like to do, pool was nice , beach a short walk , house was very well stocked , very clean , owner very easy to get in contact with, plenty of room, quiet neighborhood. Stairs are kind of steep,steps narrow just be careful.

Awesome condo

My husband and I spent 2 weeks at Shark Tooth Getaway and is planning on visiting again next year. The condo was clean, well stocked with everything you need. Zuzana was wonderful to work with and answered any question's or problems we had. The pool was well maintained and warm plus if you prefer the beach, it was just a few steps away. This was our first time visiting Venice Beach and we enjoyed every moment. I would recommend this condo to anyone heading to Florida.

Very nice place

I really liked this condo. It is in a great location, was very clean & furnished nicely. The owner was immediately available at check in & if I needed anything it was taken care of right away. There are steep steps to the condo w/no elevator so getting my large suitcase up was a bit difficult, but that was the only slight problem I had that couldn’t be fixed. I would highly recommend this place if you can do the steps. Nice pool area & beach just a few steps away was very nice as well.
