The property was filthy and not cleaned for us. We reached out several times to the host and property management team and didn’t receive a response ! We are extremely dissatisfied

Tiring expérience

We could not communicate with hotel.com or the owner, even though we paid for the apartment in advance. We stayed outside for about two hours because he did not send us a code to enter the apartment. It was a really tiring experience and we did not know the reason.

Tout d’abord, nous n’avons pas eu les prestations qui été mentionnés. Nous sommes arrivés dans le logement qui était très sale, aucun produit de 1er nécessité (sel poivre,etc). Et la, un séjour des plus catastrophique une des salle bain bouche toilette comprise, odeur d excréments dans la chambre. Nous avons sollicité le propriétaire qui nous a fait aucun geste commercial et nous a dit qu’il ne pouvait rien faire pour nous car par d’autres logements disponibles. Pour notre part, ce fut le pire séjour de toutes nos vacances. De plus, ce n’est pas stipulé mais le logement n’est pas insonorisé et nous sommes réveillés tous les matins par vendeur ambulant en réz de chaussée qui vient récupérer sa marchandise. À FUIR SI VOUS VOULEZ PASSER DES VACANCES DE QUALITÉ ET AU CALME.
