Péssima estadia

Hotel com boa localização, apenas. Ao chegar ao quarto do hotel, o mesmo se encontrava extremamente quente, e ao solicitar informações sobre como ligaria o Ar Condicionado (já que isto é um serviço ofertado no quarto no anúncio), o recepcionista disse que deveria abrir as janelas pois estava com 15-16 graus e o aquecedor estaria ligado ao invés do AC e o mesmo era central.Ao abrir a janela entraram diversos mosquitos no quarto ( novamente o recepcionista disse-me para lugar o vaporizador antimosquito) que não funcionou pois continuou com mosquitos até fechar a janela e voltar para o calor. Ao argumentar que essa informação de que o ar condicionado era central e que o quarto estaria quente, o mesmo disse que eu poderia sair com cancelamento grátis, porém eram 21h, e ele simplesmente disse que pra ele tanto fazia nossa presença ou não lá de uma forma EXTREMAMENTE ARROGANTE! Dormimos duas noites péssimas. Não vejo problema em ligar o aquecedor, mas deve ser anunciado nos sites de reserva, para que se você quiser o quarto mais gelado, você não terá. Cordialidade zero!

Très bon hôtel, bien situé à quelques pas du Rialto. Le réceptionniste est serviable, accueillant et très gentil. Séjour agréable et dépaysant.

Ótima localização, próxima da ponte rialto e da praça san marco. Boa limpeza, não utilizamos a limpeza diária apesar de existir. Tivemos problema com wifi no último dia da estadia, atrapalhou um pouco. Local de banho pequeno, ruim para quem valoriza um bom banho apesar do frio.

This was not what I paid for! The room was nothing like the picture advertised.it was pocky and tiny with very little room to move. The shower door was blocked by the toilet and wouldn't close. Check in was over a computer monitor with just a voice telling me to pick up directions and go elsewhere to register. Never met the voice's owner. An overall depressing experience.

This is going to be harsh

Our room was finished being renovated 30 minutes before check in so the air smelled of paint and chemical even though the guy that checked us in said he used an ozonator. The air-conditioning didn’t work not even the fan. The room was 30° unbearable, and not even a fan provided to plug-in. I didn’t sleep the whole night literally. Only way to get a little bit of air was to keep the window wide open but touristy Venice never sleeps so It was just like the outdoors was in your room. At 5 AM I was online looking for a new hotel and checked out the next day ASAP. The manager was not at all interested This was an economy room But not inexpensive. Had the air conditioning been on or at least a fan provided, it would have been at least tolerable but as it was , a horrible experience. Waste of money and disappointment. Thankfully we found a beautiful hotel and went on to have a great stay in Venice. If you want to stay up all night sweating in your room , then stay here. Harsh Review, yes! But deserving.

Banheiro do nosso quarto super apertado no box. Quase impossível de alguém mais gordinho tomar banho. Vi que outros quartos tem box maior. No mais, hotel bem localizado, perto de tudo em Veneza insular, bom custo benefício.

Eiigene kleine Wohnung in Venedig

Dieses Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen. Es ist sehr zentral gelegenl und ist dennoch ruhig. Es ist kein Hotel im eigentlichen sinne, sondern es sind wie kleine Wohnungen mit Schlafzimmer und Bad. So hat man immer das Gefühl, als würde man nach Hause kommen. Was sehr angenehm ist. Auf jeden Fall würde ich wieder dieses Hotel buchen.

Open door, room smells of poop. Then sewage. Then body odor. Tell staff, they say they cannot do anything. They eventually deoderised it. Bathroom still smelt of sewage so the plumbing bit old, keep door closed! And window open. Then smell will be ok.

Albergo molto centrale vicino Rialto

Albergo difficile da trovare per chi conosce un po Venezia immaginate per chi viene la prima volta, scomoda la registrazione d'arrivo da effettuare a Ca Bragadin. Stanza pulita anche se il bagno un po malandato con lavabo lesionato e piatto doccia rovinato. La mia stanza anche con finestre chiuse abbastanza rumorosa. Molto buono il rapporto qualità prezzo per Venezia

Excelente ubicación.

Excelente ubicación. Muy fácil de llegar con las indicaciones que dan y el vídeo muy útil visualmente. No me gusto que nos hayan negado el aire acondicionado refiriendo que era época invernal cuando aún no lo era y hacía mucho calor (19/9). Además de la humedad que creo es normal sentirlas en las habitaciones de venezia. Al ser céntrico si abres las ventanas no podes dormir por el bullicio. Por lo que realmente era necesario el aire! No hay mucho contacto con nadie así que por lo demás es tranquilo. El chek in se realiza en otro lugar, a dos cuadras, de que no es problema porque te dan indicaciones con un mapa. Hay que subir dos pisos por escalera, eso sí es engorroso porque no hay nadie a quien pedir ayuda y no lo recomiendo a personas mayores o con problemas de salud.

Easy to find, close to amenities

Hotel was easy to find, check in was convenient, local to Rialto and everything we needed. Room was lovely, bathroom a little small but manageable. Reasonable price too. Room was as pictured on the site. Slightly noisy with street noise but that's inevitable given the location. Will be staying again.
