完全に改装され、ヴェネツィアの街並みを見下ろし、ゴンドラが通る運河を見下ろしています。静かでロマンチックです。 夕日の眺めは、宿泊客に暴露されているので、片方のサンマルコの鐘楼と側の太陽のセットで息を呑むほどです。 リビングルーム/アルコーブに独立したダブルベッドルームと別のダブルベッドがあります。 シャワー付きのバスルームと小さな簡易キッチン

Jolie petite alcôve dans la Sérénissime
L'appartement, idéalement situé dans le quartier de Cannareggio, est charmant et propret. Nous avons été plus que bien accueillis par Pietro qui nous a donné tout un tas de bons tuyaux pour un excellent séjour à Venise.

Good for the most part...
Accurate listing and comfortable stay. Cute and cozy place. It is 3 stories up so be ready to take your luggage up stairs. It is in the Cannaregio district so about 15-20 minute walk from the main train station. The host meet us at the train station which was very helpful. The area was relatively safe and cute. Very close to the water boat to get to Murano/Burano, a little bit more of a walk to get to the main parts of Venice but Venice is a small city so not a huge deal. Only bad thing that tanked the rating for me -- bed bugs in one of the beds :/ 4 people stayed here at 2 beds and 2 of us staying in 1 of the beds got hella bed bug bites. I'm sure this can be fixed by a deep clean but it was kind of inconvenient. Otherwise good stay.

Agréable séjour
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, avec ma fille. L'appartement est propre, idéalement situé et l'hôte est très réactif. Le quartier est agréable. Je ne manquerai pas de partager l'adresse à mes connaissances souhaitant de rendre à Venise.

Wonderful Venezia
Venise est une ville magnifique. Nous avons passé 3 jours incroyables. L'appartement était très bien situé et Emmanuel, qui nous a accueilli, était très synpathique. Par contre, beaucoup de moustiques dans l'appartement et l'évier dans l'alcove n'est pas des plus pratiques. Mais nous y reviendrons si nous repassons par Venise... avec du produit anti-moustique!!

Perfect Venice Loft
We absolutely adored our stay here! The location was perfect. Just outside the busy main area but full of amazing restaurants and some fun night life. Mornings we peaceful and gorgeous with the view of the canals right outside the door. We loved the loft style and enjoyed the book library right outside the front door. We we absolutely recommend and stay here again when we come back. Our hosts were lovely and helpful!
