Wonderful Apartment

We loved Venice, and the apartment was directly on the canal with windows that you could open to let the breeze in. It was a lovely and comfortable apartment that we would absolutely stay in again. Definitely recommend!

We like the Cannaregio area of Venice, so this apartment was in an ideal location. The apartment is in a quiet area - a great location for vaporetto and airport water bus. There are also many nice restaurants within easy walking distance - as are the main tourist sites. The property is spacious (versus your average hotel) and well fitted out. I would definitely stay here again.

Trip of a lifetime

I couldn’t have picked a better place! It has everything anyone would ever need if they want to visit and explore as well as get to know the true Venice. It is pristinely clean, in walking distance to everything Venice has to offer, and provides peace, quiet, and privacy. It felt like home to me. Thank you for letting me stay in this beautiful apartment this summer and thank you for answering all my questions and making me feel safe and welcome. 🤗

Fantastic neighborhood location

We loved that this apartment was just far enough away from all the major tourist attractions that it was quiet and filled with locals. The apartment has everything you would need, including a washing machine, to make your stay in Venice comfortable. The air conditioning was a relief in the high heat of August! Technically, there is a view of a canal and bridge, but in order to see it, you would need to open all of the shutters, curtains, and windows, and lean out. For all practical purposes, the place has no view, which was fine with us. It is a cool and comfortable respite from the crowds!

A great little place on canal. Nice quiet neighborhood area. Short walk to many stores, restaurants and site seeing spots. Clean, roomy, and has everything you need. Paolo is great and gets back to you right away. Highly recommend staying here. We stayed 10 nights and it was a great home away from home!

We have stayed in this apartment before. The location and layout are ideal for us. The location is in a quiet area but within easy reach of nice shops and restaurants. Paulo as host was also very helpful on arrival and departure which made our stay even better.

Perfect Location

What a wonderful place in a quiet neighborhood but close to the action. If you have luggage I suggest getting a porter. The bridges are stairs and it’s tough with luggage, Easy communication and prompt response.

Het appartament ligt in een rustige wijk en toch dichtbij het centrum en de vaporetto door het Canal Grande. Alles wat je wenst is aanwezig. Er is een supermarkt vlakbij (Coop). En, nog dichterbij, een heel goed restaurant (Why Not geheten), dat sinds een jaar door jonge ondernemers wordt gedreven. Door de ligging dichtbij vaporetto-halte Ca d’Oro zijn zowel de grote bezienswaardigheden als het station makkelijk bereikbaar (wij hadden een parkeerplaats geregeld in Vicenza, op 45 minuten gaans met de trein). Kortom, wij waren heel tevreden over dit appartement. Paolo kan je goede adviezen geven, en zelfs een boottochtje voor je regelen. Top!
