- Il ne s'agit pas véritablement d'un hôtel mais plus d'un bed and breakfast. L'emplacement est parfait. Proche de nombreux centres d'intérêt. Si vous arriver en navette fluviale, je recommande de descendre non pas à San Zaccaria mais à Ospedale (il faut marcher 10mn contre 4mn mais vous gagnerez 40 mn de temps de trajet en bateau). - La chambre est propre, spacieuse, calme (oreillers un peu rigides et le volet roulant électrique est top). - Le petit déjeuner (servi en chambre exclusivement) est bon et complet (viennoiseries, pains, charcuterie et fromage), seul le jus d’orange n’est pas génial. Seul bémol : étant servi en chambre, vous devez indiquer la veille, l’heure à laquelle vous le souhaitez et n’avez pas le choix comme pour un buffet, mais ce n’est pas gênant pour un court séjour. - Le personnel est chaleureux, souriant et toujours prêt en rendre service.

Luxurious and friendly

This hotel is run by a lovely guy who took a lot of time to welcome us and gave us some great recommendations for places to go and eat / see. The room was very plush and well appointed, with a fabulous view over the canal — breakfast in our room on the first morning felt like such a treat! The position is very convenient, near to everything. Will be back!

We loved our room. It was definitely giving Beauty and the Beast vibes and I'm so here for it. We had several delays and we missed our check in time, but they were super easy to communicate with via WhatsApp! They even sent a video so you couldn't mess it up! We loved the location, but know staying in Venice also requires a lot of walking anyways! It felt very safe, the bathroom was modern and water was always hot. I'm sure the video said this, but it's a key lock and you need to use the key to lock your room at night on the inside. Also there are automatic blinds that roll down behind the big curtains, we found that the last day, but we started so early it didn't matter that the sun was coming up! We didn't utilize their breakfast, we went out and started the day early and just found a small spot. Upon leaving was our first real interaction with the very nice hotel desk attendant! He was very nice and kept our bags up front until we left for the airport. I couldn't recommend this hotel more! This is definitely where we'd stay if we come back!

Amazing stay! Wish we were able to stay longer so that means we will definitely be back! Room & bathroom was spotless clean and beautiful decor. Luis greated us when we arrived and he was beyond kind! helping us with luggage and giving us great tips and info on Venice as it was our first time visiting. He was so very sweet! The breakfast display was beautiful and delicious as well.

Excellent hotel

Absolutely amazing. The only thing that I would improve would be a duvet. There was not duvet cover, just sheet and a blanket. It was quite cold outside and I was cold at night.

We stayed at Hotel Residenza Veneziana on May 16th, 2024 and had such amazing experiences. The hotel is located at a very convenient location right on a quiet small canal, within walking distance to everything. The hotel room is decorated with very unique classic Venetian style furniture and fixtures, something not easy to find nowadays, but the bathroom is very updated, modern, nice and clean. We received a nice warm welcome with champagne and a huge delicious breakfast served to the room at the time we selected the next morning. The owner Matteo Todisco is so nice and helpful. He answers all our questions promptly and provided very detailed direction as to how to get there. The hotel staff were also very friendly and helpful. We would definitely go back on our next trip to Venice. Thank you Matteo and Loui.

探すのに苦労しました。 チェックインが、できてからは最高です。 部屋も広く、清潔感あり、ウェルカムドリンクもあります。 穴場的な感じを受けます。 ホテルスタッフのエドワー『インターン』は、数ヵ国語話せます。親切で丁寧です。

At the tender young age of 80 it was impossible to walk and carry luggage all the way to the hotel. We couldn't do it. Direction to the hotel didn't arrive until the day of checkin so we had no idea how impossible it was.

What a gem!

We loved our stay in Venice at this fabulous little gem we were greeted with a very warm friendly welcome as soon as the door opened everything was perfect at Residenza Veneziana breakfast was delicious and lots of fresh fruit meats croissants all lovely and warm and lovely hot and cold drinks room was beautiful very Venetian super location literally few minutes from St Marc’s square lots of places to eat drink and explore Venice we are already planning our return visit we enjoyed it so much lovely host so much knowledge and very helpful with lots of recommendations I highly recommend staying here to anyone!!

Vi skulle bare legge fra oss bagasjen noen timer før innsjekk men da hadde de allerede rommet klart og vi fikk komme inn. Nydelig rom, og vi fikk prosecco! Super betjening kom med gode tips om spisesteder og var ellers veldig behjelpelig. En deilig frokost ble servert på rommet! Dette var 10/10!
