Modern family-studio, between San Marco Square and Arsenale Biennale Exposition.

Ca’ Bella Studio is a small family-appartment which is located on the ground floor in an area of the historic center of Venice, behind the Arsenale and Piazza San Marco, with a supermarket and small grocery stores within walking distance, very easy landing of Arsenale and San Zaccaria stop (landing place of the public lines coming from Airport, Railway Station and Piazzale Roma), is located in the heart of the city, but still remaining in a peaceful, characteristic area.
The apartment has just been lovingly restored and is composed of a double bedroom with one double bed (linen and towels are provided), a bathroom with shower, and a living area with kitchenette and a comfortable double sofa bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with some basic foods (salt, sugar, coffee, oil, pepper etc.).
The heating is independent and is equipped with air conditioning.
It is a small apartment ideal for short stays in Venice.
The use of the wifi is included in the price.
Final cleaning and the supply of sheets, household and bathroom linen are included in the price.

The apartment was in San Marco and convenient to the sites nearby. Location was easy access to water buses and taxis.I highly recommend staying at this apartment.

Cute hideaway close to major attractions

Very well-appointed studio with quirky decore. Close to the Doge Palace, lots of restaurants, and small shops. Quiet neighborhood. Comfortable bed.

Great property in a great location

We stayed for 3 nights and had a great time. The property is close to restaurants, cafes, a small supermarket and is less than a 10min walk to St Marks Square. Francesca provided us with excellent info before our trip, which helped us plan how to get the to property from the airport.

New Year Honeymoon

The VRBO is spacious and has all the accommodations necessary for a great stay in Venice. We walked to all of the main sights and foods. The apartment was central to all great things and quiet enough to be able to sleep well.

Location and Clean

We as a family stayed in the unit for two days and the proximity to the waterfront and the the boat stop/station is great. There are several restaurants around. Also, the rooms are well maintained and clean. You can't go wrong renting this unit.

Francesca provided excellent information and was very responsive when we were arriving. Her place was just as the photos showed, close enough to all the main landmarks yet far enough away to have it quieter in the evening. She also provided fabulous restaurant and gelato locations for us to try. Would recommend for sure.

Venice Trip

We really enjoyed the apartment and the location. The host was great at providing maps to help us get to the location, since you have to take a water shuttle, it can get complicated. She also allowed us to drop off our luggage and check in early so we did not lose any time in Venice. Would definitely recommend and return.

Wonderful location in Venice

A perfect bolt hole for one person. Francesca's instructions and suggestions were exemplary and check in an out very easy. A good cafe and many restaurants are nearby ...as well as all the sights. I was worried about being on the ground floor but it was completely quiet and safe. I would return.

Gorgeous place in the phenomena location

Gorgeous place in the phenomena location. We stayed in this property in July and absolutely loved it. The apartment is very clean and well stacked. Small but cute and done with a superb taste. Easily accommodate it our family of two adults and one child. Great location in the center of the city. 10 minute walk to St. Mark’s Square. Highly recommend this property if you’re traveling to Venice

Wonderful studio apartment close to everything

Communication with the owners was great. We were late getting to the apartment and she was very patient with us. Her daughter met us and showed us how everything worked in the apartment. It was off the main tourist street so it was pretty quiet. Not far from San Marco Square and there were also bars and restaurants plus a grocery store right around the corner. We highly recommend and would stay here again.

Clean and close to everything

Francesca met us at the property even though we were delayed arriving. She was very helpful telling us how everything worked. The apartment was better and bigger than we expected. You can't get much better than this location and even though it is close to everything, you can't hear a pin drop, it's so quiet! There is a good supermarket nearby. The apartment had everything we needed and it was exremely clean. Would highly recommend it.

I was worried that this property/location was perhaps too good to be true especially since I had asked about the potential of an early check in and at every other hotel we stayed at in Italy it was not possible, but the host simply knew that she wouldn’t have guests immediately before us so she was able to accommodate our request. The communication was SUPERB! We also ended up needing a water taxi at 4am to the Venice airport and our host called and arranged for one and it came RIGHT ON TIME. I had also been nervous about that request since I was told there was no phone number I could call for the taxi and there was no proper “address” for the pickup location, but the host described it to me and it all worked out. It required a little faith on my part but since she had been so clear on all the other details of the meeting/key pickup etc I was able to trust and it was all great!!! Thanks so much!!! Would hands down recommend this property to anyone wishing to be in a convenient location in Venice.

Venice adventure

It was in a quiet area but at the same time walkable to major attractions and to a vaporetto stop. There were also convenience stores and restaurants close by. The apartment was clean and it had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We appreciated the host making arrangements to meet us and giving us all the guidance we needed. She was a great host.
