Attendant very helpful. Clean and easy check in and out- However they should have an attendant there longer it was difficult to walk around with bags since we checked out time is 11am they only held bags til 3:30pm since they leave at 4 our train out of Venice was at 7 pm that’s the only thing Other than that it was a great stay good breakfast clean room

We tried to check out at 7am and front door was locked from the outside!!! No desk attendant. Fire hazard. Do not stay here. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere with 24 hr reception. Very scary experience!! Never again!!
