Great stay! The room was large, clean and staff were very friendly. Located within easy walking distance of the train and bus stations, without too many bridges to carry suitcases over. Would stay again.

Staff were so helpful and allowed us to leave our bags in the hotel the day we left as we had a late night flight. Room lovely and bathroom was modern both very clean. A little out of the centre of Venice but we just walked and used water taxis. Quiet location with plenty of local cafes and restaurants.

It was amazing. We had an isolated apartment for 3, it was super clean and well equipped. Modern windows, so all the street noise is blocked. Helpful staff, very good breakfast. The location is convenient to explore city centre and at the same time not crowded.

Beautiful hotel, very comfortable and nicely finished room. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Location is very convenient if arriving by train or bus given its a short walk and only several bridges to cross with luggage which is good going for Venice! Close to a supermarket, nice local bars and waterbus stops and a very easy walk into the centre of Venice and beyond. Only small issue was that there was no full length mirror, or tea/ coffee facilities in the room. But other than this is was a perfect stay and I will be recommending it to anyone who asks!

This hotel is a little far from the main attractions but it was nice to be out of the chaos of those spots. There were several great restaurants within a very short walk and even more great spots within a 10 minute walk.

Good hotel, Good service, we had breakfast only one day but only because we wanted to explore more food options, it was also ok. The staff very friendly. I do recommend if you want a location somewhere close to the Vaporetto station San Basilo ?6-8min), bus station 13 min.
