The hotel and room were very clean and well kept. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Less than 20 minutes walk from train station. Area is very quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend to stay there while in Venezia.

Good hotel, Good service, we had breakfast only one day but only because we wanted to explore more food options, it was also ok. The staff very friendly. I do recommend if you want a location somewhere close to the Vaporetto station San Basilo ?6-8min), bus station 13 min.

The area is very quiet and safe. Property is clean and spacious. The only issue that i have is that its far from the main tourist spots although its near the water boat terminal.

This hotel is a little far from the main attractions but it was nice to be out of the chaos of those spots. There were several great restaurants within a very short walk and even more great spots within a 10 minute walk.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel! We came from Canada and it was long day of travel. When we went to the hotel they said we could keep our luggage at the hotel until our room was ready. Once in the room, it was very clean and the bathroom was very good. The area around had some nice restaurants but the more popular areas were a little further away, but we didn’t mind because it was a chance to walk around and see the city. The staff were incredible and super helpful navigating the area. Overall a lovely experience!

Friendly and helpful staff. Provided maps and information on transportation. About a 20 minute walk to most of the tourist destinations, but plenty of good restaurants and cafes in the area.

Nice, Helpful and Updated.

Girl receptionist was very helpful, even walked us for our cab pickup the following day. We booked the annex room and I was pleasantly surprised about how updated and new inside the room is although it looked old from the outside and the pics. You prob need to walk like 10 mins for food but Overall, a pretty good place

Check in was easy, gentleman was really nice. We got an “apartment” across the street from the actual hotel which was a tiny room with a queen ‘short’ bed. Limited space to unpack and so forth. Dim lighting, we had to use a flashlight to see. Bathroom was also compact but clean. However when showering, water was cold. Hotel is away from hustle and bustle, it’s nice and quiet. After ck out we were able to leave our luggages there for the day until hopping on the ferry which was a short walk away. Thank you!

Nice but hotel could do better

Stayed 3 nights in annex building, Tiepolo. It is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with an additional pull out sofa bed. Small kitchenette. Mold around the shower basin. Housekeeping took back toiletries after 1st day. I had to go to the lobby desk to get more, plus towels. After returning on 2nd day found my room unlocked and open. Reported to desk. Nothing stolen but clearly housekeeping is not trained properly because again i had to get more supplies. Hotel is close to university. Quiet area. I chose it because i needed to be close to the bus shuttle to airport. Can't comment on €10 pp breakfast, but the menu looked ok for cost. Overall 6/10.

The room I stayed in was impeccably clean, spacious, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I woke up each morning feeling refreshed. I also loved the thoughtful touches, like the complimentary toiletries and delicious chocolates at bedside. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the surrounding area. Whether you want to enjoy the nearby attractions or simply relax, Hotel Tiziano offers the best of both worlds. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, but my favorite was Vacaria. What really sets Hotel Tiziano apart, though, is the exceptional level of service. Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was perfect, offering helpful tips for sightseeing and always being available to assist with any requests. I highly recommend Hotel Tiziano to anyone looking for a delightful and relaxing stay. It’s the kind of place you want to return to again and again!
