The room was clean and served its purpose for our family of five. The manager at the desk when we checked it was very helpful and gave us good recommendations for dinner which was great! We ate at Barcco 22. Location was great and Everything was in walking distance.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel, the staff arw very friendly and do not rush. Breakfast waa included and was delicious and had much variety. Room was bigger than we expected. 4 of us stayed in the room very comfortably. the square just outside the hotel is yhe best square of Venice, with lively restaurants and surroundings.

Really unique property with beautiful, “Italy feeling” rooms. The steps to walk up into the hotel felt historic and welcoming. Good location (20-24 min walk to the Basilica of St Mark and Doge’s palace (which is a nice walk to see other parts of Venice). Our stay was quick but we enjoyed it. Elias was very kind. Air conditioning was nice. Our room even had a little balcony area. Really pretty and quaint. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Great hotel! Staff super nice and friendly. Loved the continental breakfast that was included in stay. Fantastic location. Everything you need is in the square outside. Public Water boat (ACTV) was less than 5 minutes walk. Tickets sold at the shop close by to hotel. Supermarket just nearby the gelateria. Walk to train station about 17 minutes. We love hotel for the air conditioning that was also in the lobby. Nice and cool. We will definitely come back and stay here when we come back to Venice.
