In the most central and authentic heart of Venice, a few steps from Rialto and Ca' d'Oro, we offer a bright and welcoming apartment located on the first floor.



The property offers comfortable and well-distributed rooms, with two large double bedrooms and charming original exposed beams, which fully express the Venetian character of the house. The interiors, while respecting the traditional style, have been enhanced by a modern approach, creating a perfect balance between historical elegance and contemporary comfort.

*Guests will be able to access the accommodation via a numerical code, which they will only receive after completing the online registration of their identity documents, signing the digital rental contract, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link that they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active from 3 p.m.

Excellent location a little loud at night

We had an excellent stay at this apartment in Venice. Very clean, smooth check in process, good communication, and great location for walking to all the major sights. Also close to restaurants and water taxi stops. The one downfall, which is not communicated is that the apartment is located on a side street, and there is a bar/restaurant below. They were LOUD until 2 a.m. every night. Also, there are specific instructions from the host that "quiet hours" are between 10 p.m.- 8 a.m. so as not to disturb residents. However the residents partied well into the night on the weekend. So, if you are looking for a truly "quiet" location this may not be it.
