Séjour très agréable et réussi grâce à l'accueil de notre hôte Valentina et à son appartement très confortable. Il est très propre et très bien équipé dans chaque pièce, tout pour cuisiner, se détendre après de bonnes journées dans les ruelles de Venise. Agréable vue sur le canal, du salon et de la chambre, dans un quartier calme. Accès très pratique pour tout et à 2 stations de l'aéroport par le vaporetto.Tout était parfait, nous y reviendrons avec plaisir, merci Valentina et tous nos vœux pour 2026 à toute la famille.

We (wife and I) stayed here 28 nights in November. The apartment is on the ground floor with only two steps. It features many nice touches such as art work and antique furniture. The bed is very comfortable and the water in the shower was hot enough to make even my wife happy.It is located on a busy canal across from the hospital. Many water ambulances came and went along with other working boats. Very entertaining to watch. While off the beaten path, it is still close to all amenities. Be aware that you will need to find your way to the apartment on your own. We made the faulty assumption that we would be met at the stop we were directed to, as had been the case for several previous visits to other VRBO stays.The listing made prominent (stated 3 times) mention of a hot tub on site. There is none. To her credit, when we pointed this out to our hostess she corrected the listing. Valentina was very helpful in making reservations for our early morning water taxi when departing. The overall experience was wonderful. We highly recommend this apartment.

Beautiful apartment, spacious and very well equipped. The location is very good for getting the Vaporetto to and from the airport, and for those who prefer to be slightly further away from the crowds. It’s about 20 minutes walk to the Rialto Bridge. There are are many lovely piazzas (squares) around the area and cafes and restaurants where you can relax, eat and drink. The location is also situated on a small but working canal which makes you feel as if you’re in the real city. Highly recommended.

What a beautiful apartment in a great location!!! Valentina was very accommodating and answered all my questions. There was a supermarket and restaurants nearby. I’d definitely stay there again. If in Venice this is for you!!!

Nice apartment by Canal

Nice, comfortable, and quiet location with a private water taxi pick up next to the front door. Close to the vaporettos that cross to the airport and go to Murano. Highly recommend!

Fantastique séjour

Appartement très bien aménagé, propre et confortable. Situé à proximité du vaporetto et à un quart d'heure à pied du Rialto. Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux à Venise.

Cannaregio is a great place to stay

The property was clean, comfortable and well located. We enjoyed our stay but it could heve been enhanced even further by a more effective airconditioning system, particularly in the bedroom, to cope with the 35deg temperatures which are an increasing feature of mediterranean summers, a more powerful shower and a larger internet connected smart TV. It would also be helpful to have a bit more information about how the various appliances worked, local shops, restaurants etc., and places to visit in the immediate area.
