It’s a good location only 5 mins walk to the main sights. Clean room but no staff service. Towels weren’t changed for a 3 night stay and no breakfast

Room was clean and well equipped with towels and snacks/drinks. No elevator. Several bridges to cross to get from the watertaxi. Difficult to find the hotel even with a map provided by management. No sign on the door stating name of hotel. Aside from check in, no front desk personnel to greet you, provide any information, answer questions, emergencies, etc. If you want to leave your luggage at the desk, you have to leave it unattended. Any staff and/or guest from the hotel could easily walk off with your luggage. While there is a canal view, it was a stagnant canal view on a side street.

The location is excellent!! Walking distance from the vaporetto stops (St. Angelo and St. Tomas) as well as from the main tourist spots: Doges Palace, The Basilica, Rialto Bridge, Rialto Market and Teatro La Fenice. The property is very clean and the staff is very helpful, I received an email prior to my arrival with the details of how to get the to the property from any spot you arrive including car, train or airport.

A lovely hotel in the heart of Venice

A lovely hotel, situated close enough to the centre to walk everywhere but in a quiet street, free of noise. The staff were welcoming and provided free snacks for us for the room during our stay.

The property provides such a unique stay. The rooms were beautiful, the canal view made it so special, the proprietors were helpful and considerate. It was conveniently located in the heart of San Marco, easy walks to high end shopping as well as local shops, great restaurants small & large, and less than 10 minutes to Saint Mark's Square.

Full of italian charm and well appointed. Staff was very kind, helpful with directions and knowledgeable. Instant very detail directions on how to take the water taxi from the Airport to Venice and specific directions on How to get to the hotel Which was very much appreciated. Great location within quick walking distance to restaurants and piazzas, shopping.

Friendly and very helpful owner, comfortable and clean room, very close to major sites and shopping. No reception, so be sure to ask the owner for his number to call if you need anything (this is more like staying in a private home, than a hotel). No food on site, but great restaurants very near by and lots of free snacks in the room!

This is a lovely little guest house! Everything was clean and orderly and as described. It’s rather tucked away, so walking to the location from the main transportation hub and finding the address was a bit challenging, but the location was very quiet and peaceful. The hosts were very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful rooms tucked away behind an unassuming entrance in a quiet corner. Brilliant location for both transport options and walking to sights and shopping etc. Spotlessly clean and elegantly decorated, with lots of extras in room. Would highly recommend and will stay again when I return to Venice!
