🏠 Welcome home!
Family atmosphere Ca Beatriz is located in a private building where cleanliness, relaxation, and comfort are the foundations of everything.

The 66 sq m apartment comprises a double bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room, and a small private courtyard.

Classic and modern furnishings create a unique and welcoming atmosphere, with exposed stone walls and ceilings with original wooden beams.

📍Location:
We are located in the heart of Cannaregio on a very quiet residential street, far from the chaos of the city. Here, you can find all kinds of shops for every need, excellent restaurants, and all public transportation options are conveniently located to reach every corner of the city.

Luggage storage is available from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. If and when it's possible to extend the hours, we'll let you know.

For organizational reasons, I kindly ask you to respect the check-in and check-out times.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. After 7:00 PM, a surcharge of €30.00 is payable at the property.
Check-in is no longer possible after midnight.
It will be available the following day from 10:30 AM.
Early check-ins will be possible based on the instructions of the cleaning lady, Alessandra. Early luggage storage is possible from 11:30 AM.

A tourist tax of €4.00 per person per night is applicable in all Italian cities and must be paid at the property along with registration of identification documents.
On days when the Venice entrance fee is due, you won't have to pay any extra. The property itself will issue you the code for the exemption.

For any needs or information, I'm available via the booking message from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and after 7:00 PM for emergencies.

Great Place to stay in Venice

Location-Location-Location!!! Accommodations was 5-7 min walk from train station and located minutes walk to all the places you want to walk to in Venice. Bridges, shops, cafes, restaurants, everything!! Our Host Beatrice and her mother were welcoming and answered any questions we had. They made our stay very comfortable. Would recommend to anyone wanting to visit.

Beautiful, Spacious Apartment in Wonderful Location

The apartment is beautiful and well appointed. It was comfortable and we enjoyed spending time in the space. It is very large compared to comparably priced hotel rooms. The location is wonderful... it's close to a number of local restaurants and bars but also a short walk to the more crowded areas. It's very close to the train station and the bus area that takes you to and from the airport and near a water taxi stop. Our host was there when we arrived and was extremely friendly. Overall, this was a GREAT place to stay!!

Outstanding!

Our stay was fantastic from start to finish. The host was in contact and very accommodating. The apartment was clean, and as it appeared in the pictures. There were welcoming snacks which was a wonderful touch. The location is great, close to many attractions and the train station. I would highly recommend staying here

Perfect Stay!

We enjoyed our stay in Beatrice's lovely place. The apartment is tastefully decorated, it has comfortable furniture, it's well equipped with many thoughtful details and we had had plenty of space. Awesome place to stay

Beatrice, the host, was great. So helpful and always available. She has treated such a unique space in this first level of her home. It’s very charming with its many antiques, brick walls and wooden beamed ceilings. Bed is very comfortable and amenities are nice. Would highly recommend.

Perfect for one summer night!

My husband and I only had one night in Venice and we are so glad we chose to stay at Beatrice's place. She was waiting for us when we arrived and made checking in pleasant and easy. The apartment was spacious and clean, and everything we needed for our overnight trip. The location of the apartment is excellent, just a 15 minute walk from Piazzale Roma, and very close to many great restaurants and bars. The apartment was hot as we stayed in July and there is no air conditioning, but it was manageable with the fans that Beatrice provided. We look forward to coming back to Venice not in the summer and staying here again.

Wonderful stay

This is a great little apartment in a great location. Easy access to water transportation and train. Host was easy to communicate with. Apartment was clean and nice. There were two cooling towers which helped with the extreme heat outside. Water pressure on shower was low and hot water was limited. That did not bother us because we wanted the cool shower due to the heat outside. The address via google took us across the street instead of to the actual apartment. Beatrice was quick to communicate and get us in the correct location. I would highly recommend this VRBO.

Amazing and welcoming!

Cute Venetian Apartment

We had difficulty traveling from Naples to Venice due to the train workers strike. That put our arrival time much later for check in. Host was AMAZING and very flexible with everything! Communication was quick and very helpful. She even gave me a birthday card and gift. This apartment is very cute. I would 100% stay here again.

Near everything

We were in walking distance of some really nice places, and the water taxis/ferries were close as well. Beatrice left us feeling very welcomed! We would stay here again. 😊

This was a nice property with a great location. During our stay we had plumbing issues that were not resolved and we checked out early due to this.
