The location is excellent, a few minutes walk from the waterbus piers. Waterbus is the way to get around in Venice. If you come by bus or taxi from the airport, you don’t need to carry your luggage over the countless bridges in Venice. The hotel is right there when you get out of the bus or taxi. Another advantage of the hotel is that right around the corner, there is a good breakfast bar. Good inexpensive food. The only thing you need to be aware is that you may need to carry your luggage on stairways up one floor or two floors. So big heavy luggage cases may present a hard work for yourself

Perfect location. Easy to get to and having on-site parking was wonderful. Staff were a bit deadpan, but competent and helpful when pressed. Room was great and check-out was easy even with my very early departure. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it!

If you are driving or riding a motorbike to Venice and are looking for a place to quickly and easily park your vehicle, stay in a comfortable spot with helpful staff so you can quickly and easily visit the city, this place is ideal! It wasnt until my second time doing this, and looking around, that I realized how great this place really is, so I booked it again. They are great Expedia communicators and helped sort out a better riom at a better rate for me before I had even arrived as well. I would definitely book again.

Location is perfect for transferring from train to cruise port and for accessing the city. Room was spacious with high ceilings and good AC. Room and bathroom were clean and shower was very nice. There is a bit of mold on window and trims but this is understandable as the building is old and air is humid, but overall it was very clean, so that didn’t bother us.

The room was fantastic, it is an older hotel so there's no lift but that was advertised on the website and the room was lovely. The location was perfect, right beside the bus station for an early flight and near the water taxi/train station to travel in and around Venice. The staff weren't overly helpful or customer focused, the check-out process isn't ideal if you're unable to check-out during normal hours. The front desk isn't managed at all hours so that causes some stress if you have an early flight. When we arrived (well within the check in time of 14:00-19:00, she rushed us through the check-in process without answering my questions). We had to check-out at 4:00 AM due to a 6AM flight, there were no instructions on check-out process, no box to leave the physical key and there was a sign instructing us to go to the parking attendant who was no where to be seen at 21:00 PM (working hours). I unfortunately spent nearly 45 minutes trying to get ahold of someone, find someone and etc. the night before check-out so that was unfortunate. Other than that hiccup, we truly did love the location, hotel and area.

We had a great stay at Ca’ Doge. Super easy location to get to from the train or bus. Other hotels more inland would be harder to wheel your suitcases up the steps to get across bridges. Quick and easy check in and check out.

Excellent hotel. It's tough to find hotels that accommodate parking- especially Venice. This hotel has parking on site. Walk across the street to the first bridge into Venice. The rooms are spacious, clean and they were the first hotel of our trip to offer coffee in the room. Highly recommend this hotel
