'Rio di San Polo'運河を一望する陽光の陽光とストライプのシャツのゴンドラが日中の時間を過ごして古代の貿易を彩る橋、快適で優雅なCa 'De Nomboliそ���広々としたインテリア全体。



色鮮やかな水しぶきを巧みに表現した宿泊施設は、ジンキーな「マンダリノ」、ジーシーな「ポンペルモローザ」、ジューシーなライム、そし��おいしそうなマンゴーのトロピカルフルーツカクテルで装飾された大きなセミオープンプランのシッティング/ダイニングルームです。運河を見下ろす装飾的な手すりと背の高い窓。

Communication was great leading up and including our arrival. Caterina met us at the property and checked us in, going over lodging details and walked us through a provided map to areas of interest. The property was great with pleasing decor and furnishings, meeting our needs perfectly with the washer/dryer being a welcome plus. The location was very good for us with a not so far walk from the train station and Venice being small, we could walk to the major sites easily. We only wish our visit could have been longer! Whenever we may return to Venice one day, we would love to stay at this property again.

Fantastic apartment on one of the larger canals in Venice (which matters when avoiding extra fees for private water taxis!). The apartment was lovely and spacious and communication with the host was excellent.The host greeted us at the waterbus station and walked us to the apartment, which was greatly appreciated, since Venice seems like a maze when you first arrive. She gave us a physical map (hooray for paper maps!) of Venice and gave us suggestions for restaurants nearby. The paper map was our lifeline to getting around, since GoogleMaps doesn't work very well there. The location of the apartment was great - away from the heavy tourist areas but with lots of shops and places to eat right around it. You will have to carry your bags up a flight of stairs, so just be aware. The washer and dryer are located on the bottom floor and worked well - we used them multiple times. The living area was spacious and comfortable, however the TV only got 3 stations and was not a smart TV, so we were unable to log into our Netflix account when we were tired from touring. But, that was a minor inconvenience. The heating in the apartment worked well - it was really cold while we were there - and the beds were comfortable.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would 100% recommend and stay there again.

This was a great property. It started with the level of communication from the host's representative. Our contact was Amir and he was truly excellent - very helpful, kind and considerate and accessible. He met us at the water bus station, walked with us to the apartment, explained everything to us, offered suggestions, gave us additional information by text, always answered our questions promptly - he was truly a pleasure to deal with.The apartment was clean, well laid out, in a perfect location, well equipped.We really enjoyed our stay and we would highly recommend both the property and the property management company!

We traveled with friends. This is a very nice place with a really good layout for privacy from friends or family sharing the unit. The 2 bedrooms are spaced away from each other and have adjacent bathrooms. The location is in the heart of Venice yet quiet and set back away from crowds. Every thing you need! Highly recommended! Water boat stop is close by and they are super easy to use!

Fantastic space that is well situated in a lot of great shops, street food, restaurants and grocery stores. Absolutely exceeded our expectations in every way. Everything was clean and modern and was ideal for 2 couples to stay and have their own en suite bedroom and bathroom. The common area was perfect for bringing home some food and relaxing in the living room with a view of the canal and watching the gondolas go by. So convenient to have access to a washer and dryer as well. Would definitely book again when we return to Venice.

The apartment is spacious, clean and in a great location. It has air conditioning and a washer and dryer. It was just 2 of us so each had our own room and bathroom. It’s perfect for a family or group of friends. There was a kitchen, but we did not use it. Very walkable to most everything In Venice. You do have to walk up one lot of stairs to get to the apartment, but it’s not a big deal. .Lucas who checked us in carry our bags up for us. I would definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is in the center of the island and vaporetto stop is near. The place was very clean and quiet. The bathrooms had plenty of space which was a nice change. The shutters on the windows were great to close out the morning sun. There is a washer and dryer in a utility room that we took advantage of. We traveled with our 3 college aged daughters and every one had their own space. We would stay again.

Clean, comfortable, updated apartment in the heart of Venice

My husband, 2 teens, 80 yo father and I enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. It’s one flight up by stairs and has a view of a canal from one bedroom and the living room. It’s steps away from several shopping boutiques and eateries. It’s centrally located- about a 7-10 minute walk to the Rialto bridge and a water bus pickup (S Toma). Upon checking we were given a map with ideas for exploring and restaurant recommendations. It has all the amenities you could want, even a shared laundry on the first floor. We would definitely stay again.

Great stay in Venice

Communication before/during stay was excellent. We were met at the local water taxi stop and shown to the apartment and shown around the apartment received some recommendations for local restaurants etc. Apartment is in good location - we walked everywhere. Apartment is large and both bedrooms bathrooms were good sized. Kitchen is slightly small but has everything you need and we were only making breakfast anyway. The apartment is up a flight of stairs. Downstairs is the laundry room - washer and dryer and is locked so just for the apartment's use. Would recommend.

Right on one of the small canals!

The apartment is right on one of the small canals. Right is the heart of Venice. It is picturesque from the windows in the front bedroom and living room. There is a small bridge also great for photos. The apartment is clean and bathrooms are large. Well decorated with everything you would need. Kitchen is well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay! Gondolas leave right next to the building.

Lovely, bright apartment in a great location.

This property is delightful. The location is central to everything, walkable to every part of the city. There are two separate bedroom/bathroom suites, which was perfect for two couples, and a spacious living area. It is sparkling clean and outfitted with everything one could possibly need. The hosts had someone meet us at every point and gave us all the information we needed.Thanks for a great week in Venice!
