The location was good. The apartment itself fine. Ac was average to bad. Ac didn’t reach the sofa bed in the living room. The shower was a terrible setup and would flood the bathroom. The communication was truly horrendous. I messaged an average of 15 times to 1 response. Emailed. Tried calling. You name it. I asked over the course of a week about the check in process with no response. Finally one day before check in, I get a link. The link doesn’t work. I ask over and over as it’s a self check in place and has no front desk. I was finally able to check in when I was already on the train to Venice with barely any service, a couple hours before I got there. Safe to say I was looking for several backups. The stress of booking this place is not worth a single positive. Would not recommend. 1 positive: they were accommodating at adding a day to our reservation as another Airbnb in Florence canceled on us a day prior to our arrival.

PROS - location is excellent if you book here you don't need to book any tour because it's right in the center. the WIFI is okay but when i ask the host didn't answer anything about WIFI, i have to find out by myself. it is at the back of WIFI box in the room. SO Location and WIFI are ok. CONS - the mattress is bad. It is sinking. I couldn't sleep well. the entrance at the building is smell bad because of the garbage. i have to wear mask to go in and out. the AC air condition is very weak. it's not good. NO washing machine for one bedroom as described. AMENITIES are short. I don't have enough hand soap body and hair soap and bathroom tissues are almost finished but I can find easily at the supermarket near by apartment. I stayed for 7 days but only housekeeping once per stay. MEANT when I stay from day 1 until day 7 at the apartment, there is no housekeeping to clean during that time. I thought it described clean one per stay means during the time I stay for 7 days they will come to clean one time but nobody comes cleaning. I Assume the first day when I come. it supposed to clean because everywhere when i come the first day, it supposed to clean already.

No after hrs customer service. Worst hotel stay my family and I have ever had. We accidentally locked the keys in the apartment at about 9:00 pm, and made multiple attempts to contact the apartment through text messages, WhatsApp, and phone calls. We called the numbers listed on the travel agents website. None of these were answered until the following morning at about 9:00 am. We were locked out of the apartment the entire night and had to spend it on the streets since we had no access to our wallets, identification documents or money to rent an alternative place to stay. I understand this emergency was after normal business hours, however I find it unacceptable that a reputable service provider like Orbitz/Expedia allows a listed apartment to conduct business with no way of handling emergencies of this sort or any accountability to the client. We contacted the police and they too were unable to reach the apartment owner or the travel agency used by the owner. We spent twelve hrs on the streets with no access to toilets, water or food. Needless to say, the bad memories from this experience will stay with us for the rest of our lives.

Ótima, porém não fomos informadas da ausência das escadas. Tivemos que subir 2 andares de escadas com malas pesadas. O único inconveniente. Localização excelente, apto com 2 banheiros.
