Apartment located in the Historic Centre of Venice within an Award-Winning Residence for its refined design. The apartment has an independent entrance and is composed of a ground floor with a living room, kitchenette and a small bathroom; on the first floor we find the double bedroom with magnificent view, the bathroom with a bath/shower and a single room. On the second floor we find a charming attic with a double sofa bed. Upon request 2 additional sleeping places (sofa bed). Maximum capacity 5 people. Check-in time: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Overall a nice place to stay!Pros: location was great (10-15 min walk from train station or 7 min walk for ferry drop off). Spacious rooms/place. Comfortable beds. Quiet residence. Check in was smooth. Pots, pans, glasses/cups available. Management responded fast/appropriately. Cons: all the rooms are connected- not much privacy. Towel warmers did not work. Ants in the kitchen (possibly due to weather). The heating system was initially not working (management took care of it after we contacted them). The stairs are interesting with no landing (so be careful). No coffee but there is a coffee maker. As far as cooking- you’ll only find salt. One towel per person.
