"Do the employees sleep? The ladies that checked us in during the evening were the same ones serving the guests breakfast! Not only that but they were beyond amazing at both! The hotel is a bridge away from the train station, so an easy 5 minute walk. It is also 5 minutes to the main bus/taxi area to and from the airport. There are lots of hotels in Venice but when we come back we will be staying here again! "

"We were pleasantly surprised that this room was actually a 2 bathroom apartment! Vanessa and the other woman who greeted us (cannot remember her name) were so friendly and helpful. The room and location were fabulous, and it was just a short walk to/from the vaporetto. For an extra fee there was a washer/dryer available in the room which was very handy during our stay. "I spent hours looking at hotels online for our first stay in Venice. We decided on staying in the quiet location of Dorsoduro. Selected the Palazzo Veneziano and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The hotel reached out right away to check in regarding travel to the hotel. Hotel is on the water next to great restaurants and easy walking to others. Beautiful courtyard was where we would spend time in evening with glass of wine. "The apartment was spacious and amazing with a lovely view of canal and square. The area was a little more out of the way so nice and quiet. Getting in with the Bluetooth key was a bit unsettling and didn’t work right away. We were constantly worried about it working because it took several seconds to open the door. The water pressure on main floor shower was poor but master bedroom was fine. Overall would come again"

"My spouse and I stayed here, and we liked it quite a bit. I thought it was a nice quiet area and it’s really close to the water bus system to get around which is nice. There are a lot of beds and places to sleep, much suited for a family or group of friends. The only thing I was not a fan of was that there is NOT a bath tub as listed, but rather two showers in separate bathrooms. They recently renovated, separating the one into two. Great for some, we just didn’t need that."
