立地、価格、清潔感は良いが、ホテルスタッフは最悪
船着場やメインストリートに近く、治安がいいので夜遅くなっても安心。 部屋は清掃が行き届いている。 朝食もそれなりに種類はある。 ただし、ホテルスタッフは最悪。 チェックイン時は男性スタッフが対応してくれたが、とても無愛想。何かを聞いても面倒くさそうに対応する。2泊したのだが、2日目の朝に「（スケジュール通り）もう1泊するんだけど部屋の掃除はいらない」と話したところ、勝手に延泊と勘違いされた。勝手に勘違いされ、謝罪は一切なし。 部屋の金庫が故障中で、2日目には直すと言われたが、全然直っていなかった。 女性スタッフは親切で、とても感じがよかったが、この男性スタッフは最悪。 wifiはfreeだが、部屋では使えない。 部屋のテレビも説明書通りにしてもつかず、スタッフを呼んだがあれこれやって電源がついたのは1回のみ。テレビはあきらめた。 次回はこのホテルは使わないし、他の方にも絶対にすすめない。 同じぐらいの価格で他の良いホテルはたくさんあります。

The free continental breakfast was delicious with a good selection. The hotel has a roof top seating area which overlooks venice and has a stunning view.

We stayed first week of July at this property. It was so lovely, beautiful gardens, lovely location. 5 min walk to vaporetto stop . About 10 min walk to nearest public beach. Hotel has bikes you can borrow (for free) and we had great fun exploring the Lido island and free beaches in the late afternoons. The accommodation was clean and simple, just what we needed. Breakfast was full of choice, very tasty, you could sit in the garden to eat, or indoors in the aircon if you preferred. It was quiet and the beds comfortable so we slept very well both at night and for a quick afternoon nap before going to the beach! We spent each morning til about 2pm walking the main tourist sites on the other Venice islands, then retired to the hotel for a quick nap and then took the bikes to explore and take a dip in the sea. If you have spare cash then you can hire beach towels, sunbeds and shades at the Blue Moon beach, there's a small pool there too, as well as lots of facilities and cafés/ restaurants. Or if you can bring your own beach towels, do what we did and visit the free beaches for a quick dip, but obviously be aware there's no facilities (no toilets, no beach cleaning, no lifeguard) on those beaches. Its a one hour boat ride from the airport to the Lido and you can purchase a return, very convenient. Overall we are so glad we picked this hotel as it was both very convenient and lovely to stay in. Last, but not least, the staff were all extremely friendly and attentative.

This is a charming hotel with clean, well-appointed rooms with air conditioning. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is fresh and delicious, with homemade tart every morning. They serve coffee and drinks from a small bar, and the drinks can be enjoyed in the garden or from the roof patio which has a view over Lido and the Venetian skyline. Breakfast can be eaten in the garden, which was lovely. We got take-out one evening and ate dinner on the roof, watching the sunset over San Marco. We found the location on Lido to be an interesting and charming area, with convenient access to Venice proper via vaporetto. We did not plan a beach visit on this trip, but would consider it in the future as the location of the hotel is not far from the beach.

This place is a dream. The courtyard is gorgeous, the tower is amazing with incredible views, the food was perfect, and the staff were very kind. The free bicycle rental was easy and expanded what we could see while on the Lido. The kind staff were the best we encountered in Italy.

De mooie villa ligt in een rustige straat, op wandelafstand van de vaporetto-aanlegplaats en horeca, omringt door een mooi onderhouden tuin met mogelijkheid om buiten te ontbijten. Enkele kamers op gelijkvloers en op 2 verdiepingen, echter zonder lift. De kamers met groot bed zijn eerder klein met (zeer) beperkte bergmogelijkheden. Toch een aanrader.

Great stay!
The stay was very nice. Marco and his wife were excellent hosts! They handled check in/out very well, provided recommendations when needed. The breakfast in the morning was incredible with home baked unique goods every morning--what a treat!

Not just the best island to stay when visiting Venice, but the best hotel. It was like a quiet bed and breakfast, which actually had everything you could think of to eat free for breakfast, including espresso and cappuccino. The staff was great, and the pies were homemade!! Few minutes walk to the vaporettos,10 mins ride to the island, 1hr or less to and from the airport using the alilaguna blue line.

This property was amazing!! from the moment we arrived we felt so welcomed and were treated so kindly- Offers for refreshment, storing our bags. Our room was ready early. It is close to everything, . Tatiana’s food and coffees were fabulous. Marco was so kind and helpful. Paul went above and beyond, setting up our wine in the garden and there were snax and coffees available whenever we wished. We had a great time chatting with him. Gardens are beautiful and this place provided us with bikes-touring lido by bike is a must!! Make sure you check out the rooftop terrace for the incredible view. Top scores for Villa Dells Palme!!

Wonderful stay
We decided to stay across the water awayfrom the hustle and bustle of the msin city area. The hotel was delightful. The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a lovely buffet style affair and they soon knew our morning coffee order. The views from the rooftop are wonderful and you xan enjoy with a beer ir glass of wine in hand. Transport from Lido to Venice islands is amazingly efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend the hotel
