Situated in the Vega de Torre del Mar area, this apartment is part of a residential complex with a communal seasonal pool.Summer 2024, the pool is not operational due to construction. The pool's opening and closing are subject to the regulations decided by the community residents. With three bedrooms, two with double beds and the third with a bunk bed (two single beds stacked), and two bathrooms, one en-suite in the master bedroom, this accommodation offers a comfortable and functional space. The living-dining room is equipped with air conditioning and has access to a south-facing terrace. The independent kitchen is fully furnished and equipped for a relaxing stay.



Located just a few meters from various businesses, including a supermarket within 50 meters, the accommodation features a bathroom with a bathtub and a fully equipped kitchen, including a washing machine, ceramic hob, cutlery, crockery, and kitchenware. It also provides access to the seasonal summer pool, subject to the community's regulations. Stay connected with the presence of wifi, and pets are welcome with prior notice and a supplement of €35 per stay. Additionally, an airport shuttle service is available for an extra fee.
