Nice architecture and plenty of parking outside (paid though). Kids' playroom was clearly a repurposed conference room, but was still a welcome addition. Shame there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, nor a toaster at breakfast. Good location in a nice town.

Best Western Vejle ToRVEhallerne: A Business Trip

Rolling in on last minute booking for a hotelroom on a business trip, you don’t expect much. Maybe a standard-issue hotel, a lumpy bed, and a sad breakfast buffet with those rubbery scrambled eggs. But Best Western ToRVEhallerne? This place gets it right. Early check-in on a Sunday—rare, but they made it happen. A bed on the softer side, but comfortable enough to crash after a long day. And then the breakfast. The kind that makes you forget you’re on the road. Bacon, eggs, grilled tomatoes—cooked right, not just sad, lukewarm garnish. Worchestershire Sauce and Tabasco on hand, because some places still respect a proper breakfast plate. Healthy, hearty, and exactly what you need to fuel another day of meetings and miles. No frills, no nonsense, just a damn good stay.

Spacious rooms but needs an upgrade

Staff were really friendly and helpful especially in the restaurant with our fussy toddler and the waitress brought her colouring to do to help entertain her! Lovely little touch. Spacious rooms. lots of restaurants to choose from. We ate in the Italian which was amazing. Unfortunately the rooms had very thin walls and ceilings, you could hear people walking very loudly, running of taps etc and also hear the church bell & clock at certain times of the day so if you’re a light sleeper it made it difficult. There is also not access to hot drinks even though it states a coffee maker in the room there wasn’t and were told you had to be best western members to get free hot drinks! Also, if buying bar snacks, check pricing- at reception they had a different price to the bar (lower) on the label and then when purchased they actually cost more than the bar, when questioned we were told well that’s what the till system says so that’s the cost (left abit of a sour taste in our mouths!)

It was very horrendous; no facility to make tea/coffee in the room; you had to order a kettle.The shower head was very weak; we used it to have a bath and it was hardly 1/12 of the brim despite being switched on for a long time.There was a large amount of dust; overall the room was bare and basic.the breakfast was average, with minimal vegan option. I would give it 1-3stars !

The reception I received was excellent, even though I arrived at 2 in the morning it feels great to be welcomed with a smile. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the hotel is very beautiful. Will definitely be back
