「Falta de iluminación, la lámpara de mesa deslumbrante. No había iluminación en la cocinita. Todo lo demás muy bueno.」

「The place was good for a day or 2 but not for more then that only because we stayed 6 days and we were denied change of clean towels and bed sheets told it wasn’t allowed that it’s per the whole trip, we even had to buy our own toilet paper at one point and garbage bags because we were only given 3 we were a group of 6 people. Pool was nice and the area was clean. We also didn’t have a broom, mop to clean. It’s nice for a max of 3 days.」

「Teeny tiny room and no windows! There was rust on the ground. If it was priced lower it would have been fine but for $130 it was not worth it」

「Beautiful historic hotel built in 1530’s. Safe with locked front door, kitchen amenities, and you have the gorgeous streets of Viejo San Juan right when you step outside. Everything is in walking distance. Loved it! 」

「The basic room concept is something more hotels should utilize. Had everything you could need for a one-few night stay. Spotless room with AC pumping. Almost missed my flight to stay and sleep more in this room lol」

「ホテル全体がアート感覚の雰囲気のホテル．内装や構造に凝っているが，普通に泊まるには，一番安い部屋を予約したためか，アメニティや設備が他のスタンダードなホテルに劣る． 場所は，海沿いで世界遺産にも近く満足だが，近くにレストランが少なく，夜は道どうりが寂しくなる．」

「This was my first time traveling to Puerto Rico. I booked this hotel because of the photos and the description of details about the room. Everyone was nice and so friendly, I had an amazing trip. I would definitely recommend staying here.」

「Clean and spacious however we asked for towels and never received them in our 4 day stay. Also no check ups.」

「Staff was relatively quiet and kept to themselves as to not bother guest. But also maintained many properties in the area. The hotel was quaint but these stairs were quite the workout. Not an idea space for anyone with handicap needs or disabilities. Be sure to communicate with staff for parking permits and request extra towels ahead of time. Overall a great experience and no more than a 15-20 minute walk to viejo San Juan 」
