Nice staff and management- did not eat evening meal in hotel but a number of great local restaurants a few minutes walk away- a few miles from cavalossim - expect to pay between 400 to 600 which is a little high but due to the taxi monopoly that’s going on at the moment 」
「Lovely staff and a nice pool but some communication issues between the morning staff and the cleaning team - had to ask several times for clean towels and bedding as they kept putting the originals back dirty, eventually ended up speaking ti the owner who fixed it promptly. A shame it came to that as otherwise the staff were exceptional, even helping us sort a 6am taxi for our last day at a reasonable price. The Bengali speaking staff were exceptionally helpful. Would love to stay here again. 」
「Excellent stay ! Very attentive and kind sfaff, the breakfast is great, the room very comfy. Ony cons I could find: a bit isolated and the pool is best in the morning / early afternoon as it’ll be in the shade after that. Very happy otherwise 」

A special thanks to the entire staff in the restaurant to the reception to the gym/pool/spa for making our stay outstanding and memorable. 「Rooms were immaculate and comfortable. Staff were all lovely and nothings too much trouble the restaurant toilets were immaculate as well.
The wee floor mat outside the room bathroom needs renewing.
