「Of all the VRBOs we have stayed at (in several states), this one is the most like home as far as having all the things we need. It is very comfortable, and in great walking distance of the shops and restaurants downtown. The hostess is very pleasant and does a great job communicating. Pros : 1) Central & Safe Location eating, walking, park. 2) Clean facility 3) Plenty of clean Towels & kitchen utilities.4) Parking closeby 5) One of the best sunset at walking distance.6) Upper Deck is awesome for gathering and enjoying the evening. 「Property off the beaten path a little but still only 20 min from Petoskey. Easy 15-20 min river run down to Crooked Lake and Pickerel Lake and only 45 min up to Burt Lake. Super close to your boat slip and these guys really worked with me on a medical issue I had during my initial reservation to move it to when I could attend. Will definitely stay again.」

「We very much enjoyed the place, the upscale and amenities. We felt very much at home. The check-in process was very easy and we made use of the patio. The place is a short walk to the sunset pier and a little bit further into town (we ended up driving as parking was ample). The one thing we would have wished was a little less road noise / traffic in front of the place which started early in the morning and late into the evening.」
